Hope you have a Happy Easter or Passover this week and next weekend if you celebrate Greek Orthodox like myself. I’ll explain if you ask.

One of the James Brown Family, Noreen Halpern,  came up with a Passover scramble using Matza. So,  I promised in last weeks email, it’s being featured on this weeks menu.  You can be included with the rest of the culinary genius of this place.  Noreen will be remembered on the menu from now and forever for this dish!

Another recipe came Elisa Armstrong, It’s for a breakfast “Muesli” cereal she used to eat in her home Switzerland.  It’s similar too our Nature Bowl that we run in spring & summer.  I’m not sure if we can do it.  I am going to invite her in for a recipe tasting and I’ll let you guys know.

Don’t forget too come in for our Friday night Fish Fry Bash. Not really a bash, but lots of new faces and lots of new friends.  We are B.Y.O.B. you bring the bottle, I supply the glasses. Grab your favorite Libation and come on down for a Fish Fry, Ribs or one of Victors Friday Night Specials.
