Well, the weather is starting to change and because of “Harolds” knees, he wants to have the outside closure up before Halloween. So enjoy the outside seating when ever you can… it will be short lived.

First of all I want to say thanks to everyone that endured the heat last weekend. Hopefully we got the A/C problem worked out and we don’t have to go through that again.

Just a note on again on outside seating, it is very hard to play the guessing game with the weather.  You have to realize once we have seated you outside “as you insisted” and it starts raining. And you ask can we move inside? Sure but where do we seat you when the inside is full. Can’t have it both ways. Your patience is appreciated.

As I stated a few weeks back, I would like to use the Email blog to support some of my favorite causes or businesses. So this week I want to mention the Ravioli Shop on Winton Rd.  also in Perinton.  I was introduced recently to using flavored Raviolis’ in pasta salads.  They were awesome and it let me know that Raviolis’ are not just for “Cool” weather.  Also, their bread is probably one of the best kept secrets in Rochester.  My housemate will only use their Semolina Bread for Garlic toast.

Sorry for the email delay this week I had two huge catering jobs and with the A/C install I got a little behind this week in a BIG way.

For those of you that came in last week you saw the large hole in the wall for the duct work for the new A/C. Now there is a large metal frame to hold the A/C unit. Hoping to get it moved over and installed this weekend.

I hope you had a great turkey day! Mine was awesome. Ate too much then had a great nap. Still working on rehanging the plaques, pictures and articles hope to have it finished this week.  Make sure to tell April how good they looks she worked really hard cleaning and helping me rehang everything.

Well it’s official the outside tables are put away and the front cover is going up this week.  I Guess winter is here.  A lot of you tend to drive by and assume there are know seats inside or that there will be a long wait. Regulars know that the secret is always come inside and check because usually the lines are big parties waiting for our limited large booths.
