Air conditioning update. Old crappy system is disconnected.  Got all the supplies to start building the frame to support the new system.  Crossing our fingers hopefully no set backs.

Taking the front vestibule down this week was supposed to start last week but I went to the Yankees Game. So look for a few tables outside starting Friday night.

We really hope there will be no set backs like last year. At least these guys show up. Started the inside repairs from the great flood. Replaced all the floor tiles. Well we are starting the air conditioning install next week. I thought we would have it done before the 80 and 90 degree days, So much for that.

As I stated last week, it’s starting to get warm and we are starting to plan our outside set up. So before you start to ask “when, when, when”, it all depends on the “Wind”. We can’t set up until the winds have quelled enough so that they wont blow over the tables and umbrellas.  In other words don’t ask, I’m not the weather man.

A bit of sad news this week a good friend of the James Brown’s Place family, Andrea Pincus,  Lost her mother, Ruth Pincus to cancer.  Mrs. Pincus was a wonderful and charming lady that I could always depend on when I was stuck on a crossword puzzle. I will miss you Mrs. “P”

As you know it’s starting to get warm and we are starting to plan our outside set up. So before you start to ask “when” “when” it all depends on the “Wind”. We can’t set up until the winds have quelled enough so that they wont blow over the tables and umbrellas.  In other words don’t ask I’m not the weather man.
