I sampled it last weekend.  Most of the customers thought I should add it to the menu as a breakfast item. Ask and you shall receive. I’m going to add it as a Mexican Breakfast it will be served with eggs, rice, beans & tortillas.

You guys asked for healthier things on the menu. And if you missed it last week I did it. Overall they went pretty well but boy did I catch an earful from the Grease Lovers. You would have thought I was serving Puppy omelets. It was a test to see your response to the healthier items. Please let me know what you thought.

Working on the new menu hope to have some of these healthier things on it. Adding some new sausages.  Some additions some deletions. You’ll have to wait and see.
