I hope you had a great turkey day! Mine was awesome. Ate too much then had a great nap. Still working on rehanging the plaques, pictures and articles hope to have it finished this week.  Make sure to tell April how good they looks she worked really hard cleaning and helping me rehang everything.

Reannouncement :
For those of you who frequent us on Friday Nights for Fish Frys/Dinner,   You know that we close friday nights after Thanksgiving until the first Friday after New Years.  We tend to slow down during this time and it gives my staff time to shop for my Christmas presents.  (:
We will reopen after New Years as usual.

As I promised we introduced two new sauces last weekend a Ranchero Sauce and a Green Chili Salsa. They both go great with egg dishes.
